Personal data we collect

The contact form may collect:

• Name.
• Company or legal business name, optional.
• Email address or telephone number.
• Service of interest.
• Information voluntarily provided in the message.

MESA Logística does not request RFC information, official identification, financial or banking information, passwords, personal documentation or sensitive personal data through this form.

Please do not include this type of information in the message field.

Purposes

The data will be used to:

• Respond to inquiries and requests.
• Contact prospective or existing clients.
• Understand and assess logistics, operational, customs or advisory needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations or alternatives.
• Follow up on requests and potential business relationships.
• Maintain communication related to the requested service or operation.

At present, the data will not be used for newsletters, mass advertising, automated promotions or subsequent marketing campaigns.

Scope of submitted information

Information submitted through the form is received for contact, assessment and commercial follow-up.

Submitting the form does not, by itself, constitute a contract for services, acceptance of a quotation, an operational instruction, a mandate, representation, authorization to act on the user’s behalf or an order to carry out an operation.

Any service must subsequently be confirmed and formalized through MESA Logística’s applicable commercial and operational procedures.

Providers and strategic partners

MESA Logística does not sell, trade or provide databases of clients or prospects.

When an operation requires providers, carriers, operators or strategic partners, MESA will seek to use only the minimum information necessary to quote, coordinate or perform the service.

Personal data must not be shared in full when it is unnecessary.

Where sufficient, only commercial or operational information will be used, such as the legal business name, trade name, cargo characteristics or information specific to the operation.

Transfers of personal data that legally require consent must comply with applicable regulations.

Security and retention

MESA Logística will adopt reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access or unauthorized processing.

Data will be retained for as long as necessary for the stated purposes, legal or contractual obligations and potential liabilities arising from processing, and will subsequently be deleted as appropriate.

FORM SECURITY AND CLOUDFLARE TURNSTILE

To protect the contact form against automated submissions, abuse, fraud and other malicious activities, MESA Logística uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a verification and security mechanism.

During this process, Cloudflare may process technical information strictly necessary to perform the security verification, in accordance with its own applicable policies and terms. MESA Logística uses this mechanism exclusively for security and prevention of form abuse, and not to create commercial profiles of users.

Cloudflare, Inc. is the technology provider of this security mechanism.

Website analytics

Only Cloudflare Web Analytics is planned for the initial launch, without Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or Google Ads.

If additional tracking or advertising technologies are introduced later, the information and consent mechanisms and this Privacy Notice must be reviewed beforehand.
